To stay at Cal Compte is to experience the past and the present of the Priorat. It was built in 1801 over older structures dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, at a time when the Priorat was growing fast and specialising in wine-growing. The Compte family became one of the most powerful and influential in the area.
Since 2018 Cal Compte has become the Terroir al Limit guesthouse. An space for wine and food lovers willing to experience the authentic Mediterranean cuisine in a privileged natural, architectural and historical environment.
