A restaurant which opened more than 30 years ago and has developed along with the Priorat itself, gradually and unhurriedly. At El Cairat we have always aimed at a job well done, with the goal of making clients feel at home, so that we can offer them what they really want, from personalising the food we serve to arranging visits to certain wineries for them.
At this restaurant we sell landscape, people, gastronomy and produce. We have an extensive menu and wine list, and all our dishes are made in the traditional way, from bread to cakes and ice creams. We set out to reinterpret old dishes, working on olive oils by adding aromas, making sauces or reductions with wine and using nuts, honey and cured meats, always trying to use produce from the Priorat or very nearby.
