Clos Alkio Winery

Clos Alkio was founded in 2020 by Mikko Alkio, a Finnish wine and Catalonia enthusiast. He has acquired around 25 hectares of vineyards near the small village of Gratallops, a prestigious wine-growing area in the heart of Priorat.

Clos Alkio was born with the aim of producing high quality wines following the tradition of Priorat, mainly from old vineyards of Grenache and Carignan, as well as with Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. In addition, Clos Alkio produces complex white wines. Unique monovarietals that allow you to taste the natural and pure flavors of the different grapes of Priorat. Artisan wines with minimal intervention.
