Pascona Winery

The story of Celler Pascona could have been “Falcon Crest”.
A family with wine DNA and many stories. The winery has been living a second life since the heir, Toni Ripoll, turned it into an authentic start-up. The Cellar is a love letter to tradition. And a visit is a vassalage to the land.

For an hour and a half you walk around the estate and you will taste all the wines of the property at the foot of the vineyard where they are born. It is called “Walking tour”. You taste a wine at the foot of each vineyard where it is produced looking at the landscape. Five minutes after you have started walking, the first sip of wine goes down your throat.

The farm is divided into three large spaces depending on the soil: clay, granite and llicorella and the wines are a gift for each relative (‘Lo pare’, ‘La mare’,’Lo petitó’, ‘La sistera’) and they have four special wines, such as La Maria Ganxa, el Trencaclosques and l’home del Sac.
