Clos Pachem winery

Clos Pachem was founded in Gratallops in 2015 by Michel Grupper. The name is an acronym of the names of his children: PAUL, CHARLES and EMMA. A winery focused on its people, on the history of Priorat and on a philosophy of sustainable cultivation and minimal intervention, which allows the creation of subtle, fresh and elegant wines that create experiences and accompany unforgettable moments.

The vision of this project is to make the terroir and its wonders known, supporting wine tourism activity, integrating a winery with sustainable architecture that respects this territory into its landscape.
Built with natural, simple and durable materials, the building integrates perfectly into the historic center of Gratallops, inviting pedestrians to discover the winery through an interior passage, conceived as a public space and welcome area.

It is an accessible, welcoming winery open to all those who want to discover or rediscover Priorat and its multiple facets.
It is a global project that aspires to create sensational experiences and produce wines that accompany unique moments so that we fall in love with this unique territory just like Michel Grupper.
