Despr\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e8xit de la primera edici\u00f3, torna a Falset la Jornada Cientificot\u00e8cnica d\u2019Enologia i Viticultura del Priorat, un espai de trobada i debat t\u00e8cnic adre\u00e7at a professionals del m\u00f3n del vi, investigadors, estudiants i agents del territori vinculats a la vinya i el vi.<\/p>\n

Organitzada per l’\u00c0rea de Congressos de la Fundaci\u00f3 URV<\/strong> i la Facultat d\u2019Enologia de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili,<\/strong> amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de Priorat Enoturisme, la jornada compta tamb\u00e9 amb el suport de la DO Montsant, la DOQ Priorat i l\u2019Ajuntament de Falset.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una matinal per transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixement, debat t\u00e8cnica, posar en com\u00fa reptes i innovacions en el sector, i connectar la recerca amb la realitat vitivin\u00edcola del Priorat.<\/p>\n

The Priorat has become one of the most prestigious wine regions on a global scale. DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant are clear references when talking about the wine scene in Catalonia and Europe. The conjunction between tradition and modernity, nature and agriculture, depth and freshness, give a unique and universal character to its villages and their Grenache and Carignan wines. The essence of the Mediterranean in Priorat is expressed with great beauty in the Natural Park of Monstant or Siurana, crossroads of millennial cultures; Arabs, Jews and Christians populated this land full of mysteries. The soul of the Priory is Escaladei: there, one discovers that this is a sacred land where the light is allowed to be contemplated.<\/p>\n
