They serve market-fresh cuisine made with local produce, and their extensive menu and wine list will ensure you\u2019ll really enjoy the experience. Priorat is a land of wines, but also of exceptional ingredients that transform its gastronomy into an absolute pleasure for the most demanding foodies.<\/p>\n<p>The team in the restaurant\u2019s kitchen is constantly learning thanks to the <strong>ongoing advice of renowned cook Pablo Castillo, <\/strong>who has worked in restaurants such as El Bulli and Gaig. Here, they offer traditional cuisine with an experimental twist. In a beautiful space you\u2019ll love, it has a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as a bright and tranquil dining room. With views overlooking the village of Falset with the Sierra del Montsant in the background,<\/p>\n<p>This restaurant <strong>is committed to excellence<\/strong>. Dishes on the menu include chicken croquettes, spicy patatas bravas, tuna tartare and La R\u00e0pita prawn carpaccio, among others. They also offer a menu of rice dishes as well as a tasting menu, both of which are sure to impress. They believe in work well done and offer you the very best service. Their dishes are prepared artisanally, from the bread to the desserts (including ice creams), and they also have an extensive wine list.<\/p>\n<p>They have revisited traditional recipes, work with infused oils, make sauces and wine reductions, and use nuts, honey and charcuterie, <strong>always making sure that the produce is from the county or as local as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to customising the food to your liking, they offer visitor information about the county and can arrange visits to certain wineries. This restaurant offers you the best of the landscape, the people, the local gastronomy and locally sourced produce.
