The cuisine of Fonda Toldrà is nourished by the gastronomic culture of our land. They have learned to cook from their mother and follow advice and recipes from the grandmothers of Ulldemolins, wise cooks who know how to extract the aromas, textures and flaring power of vegetables from the garden, from poultry and game meat, from mountain herbs.
At La Fonda they remain faithful to traditional cuisine and offer a very complete menu consisting of starters, main courses and homemade desserts adapted to each season of the year. When it is mushroom time we cook with mushrooms, stews, roasts and hot dishes in winter, vegetable creams, salads and fresh dishes in summer.
They love to make desserts, so you can often try their homemade ice cream, quince chocolates, flans, creams and cocci.
