La Fonda Toldrà is a family business, in the most essential sense of the word. Since 1967 it has been the establishment in Ulldemolins where you know you will find a good room to sleep and good dishes on the table.
Carme Ferré and Xavier Toldrà started the business, now it is in the hands of Carme Toldrà Ferré, the second generation of the Toldrà family, continues to work every day, so that La Fonda is a welcoming and familiar place to eat well and to rest even better.
Carme takes care of every detail, down to the smallest, she will make sure that you are more than well and that you do not lack for anything, she will cook and organize the kitchen so that you eat very well, and she will go to pick rosemary and thyme in the morning of moonshine, to flavor roasts and the most elaborate dishes.
Located in the Priorat, in the Vall del Silenci, at Fonda Toldrà you have the possibility to relax in a rural environment surrounded by mountains with simple and comfortable rooms for an ideal rest.
