Masroig oil mill

In the mill of the Masroig winery, extra virgin oil is extracted from olives of the Arbequina variety and of own harvest. Protected under the Siurana Designation of Origin and using only Arbequina olives, oils of recognized worldwide prestige are obtained.
The extraction of the oil is done exclusively by mechanical systems and cold. In this way, the oils are fruitier, with a differentiated typicity that reflects the terrain and climate of the region.

The olive trees planted on the margins of the farmland are an important part of the Priorat landscape, just as olive oil is an indispensable element of the Mediterranean diet.
