Miró Cubells is a small family business located in Cabacés, arising from the tradition of many generations dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees.
The evolution of so many years dedicated to olive cultivation has resulted in estates with very diverse peculiarities: areas with thousand-year-old olive trees, sloped hillsides, olive trees located in the Montsant Natural Park and state-of-the-art olive trees planted in areas of extreme weather, experimentally to determine their potential. These facts led the family to set up a small oil mill in order to get the essence of all this heritage of so many generations.
The oil mill is a modern oil mill, thanks to which, all the qualities of the olives of each farm remain unchanged. In this way, with the new techniques of today, extracting the oil cold and with a subsequent decantation, they get the oil to transmit a piece of history with all its nuances.
